I ASSIST YOU WITH THE ISSUES THAT IMPACT THE CORE OF YOUR ORGANIZATION
MULTIPLE PERSPECTIVES, SITUATIONAL CHOICES
The issues I am called in for always have a history. After all, if it were simple, you would have solved the problem yourself. Often, many interventions have already been tried, but the desired results remain elusive. This is usually because several parties, each with different ambitions and interests, are involved. There isn’t just one owner of the problem or one single cause, but multiple stakeholders and numerous causes. The key is to approach the problem from various angles. In such a context, my challenge is to achieve tangible results for my clients. By looking at the situation from multiple perspectives and then selecting the most appropriate change method from my toolkit, new alternatives for action and real results emerge.
ORGANIC DEVELOPMENT
New and creative ideas and solutions often arise not through endless discussions, but by taking action! By testing new forms, methods, and collaborations on a small scale, we can discover what works. If it works, we implement it immediately; if it doesn’t, we adjust the approach. This way of organic development resonates with me and is beautifully described by Weick in his book Sensemaking in Organizations (Weick, 1995):
- When people start acting (enactment),
- they generate tangible results (cues),
- within a social context,
- which helps them discover retrospectively
- what is going on (ongoing),
- what needs to be explained (plausibility),
- and what should be done next (identity enhancement).
TOGETHER WITH YOUR PEOPLE
In my work and within your organization, it always comes down to people. An organization is made up of people, just like society. How do we create an atmosphere and context where everyone can fully utilize their own strengths and talents? I dive into the heart of your organization together with your people to find new, creative ideas and solutions to your challenges.
